The excellent programs at Indiana University - Purdue University - Indianapolis helped the school earn the #3 place on this year’s ranking of the best engineering schools in Indiana. IUPUI is a very large public school located in the large city of Indianapolis.

On average, engineering graduates from IUPUI take out $25,278 in student loans while working on their degree. Assuming that a graduate chooses a 10-year repayment plan, the average monthly loan payment is $175.
