To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Engineering program at each school on the list.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Salt Lake Community College. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Popular Engineering Associate Degree Schools in the Rocky Mountains Region list. Located in the suburb of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Community College is a public college with a very large student population.

Women make up 6% of the engineering majors at the school.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Utah Valley University. It ranked #3 on our 2023 Most Popular Engineering Associate Degree Schools in the Rocky Mountains Region list. Located in the small city of Orem, UVU is a public college with a fairly large student population.

About 3% of the students majoring in engineering at the school are women while 97% are male.
