Our 2023 rankings named Oklahoma State University - Main Campus the best value school in the Southwest Region for other engineering students working on their master’s degree. OSU is a fairly large public school located in the town of Stillwater.

The average tuition and fees for an out-of-state graduate students at OSU are $24,175 a year.
