In our regional and nationwide rankings, out-of-state tution and fees are used in our calculations. Average in-state tuition and fees are used for our statewide rankings.
Best Middle Atlantic Region Schools for Affordable Quality for a Bachelor's in Other Engineering
Our analysis found York College of Pennsylvania to be the best value school for other engineering students who want to pursue a bachelor’s degree in the Middle Atlantic Region . Located in the midsize suburb of York, YCP is a private not-for-profit college with a small student population.
