Our analysis found California State University - Chico to be the best value school for other engineering students who want to pursue a bachelor’s degree in California. Chico State is a fairly large public school located in the medium-sized city of Chico.

Chico State undergraduate students pay an average of $7,864 in in-state tuition and fees each year. While working on their Bachelor's Degree, other engineering majors at Chico State accumulate an average of around $23,310 in student debt.
