Our analysis found North Carolina State University to be the best value school for mechanical engineering students who want to pursue a degree in North Carolina. Located in the city of Raleigh, NC State is a public college with a very large student population.
In-state tuition fees for undergraduate students at NC State are $9,131 per year. While working on their degree, ME majors at NC State accumulate an average of around $23,782 in student debt. The average monthly payment of a loan this size is about $318, assuming that the borrower is on a 10-year repayment plan.
