Salt Lake City, UT

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Utah. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Popular Electrical Engineering Master’s Degree Schools in the Rocky Mountains Region list. U of U is a fairly large public school located in the midsize city of Salt Lake City.

The in-demand master’s degree programs at Colorado State University - Fort Collins helped the school earn the #3 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular electrical engineering schools in the Rocky Mountains Region . Located in the midsize city of Fort Collins, Colorado State is a public college with a very large student population.

About 38% of the students majoring in EE at the school are women while 62% are male.

Moscow, ID

Out of the 16 schools in the Rocky Mountains Region that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Idaho landed the # 4 spot on the list. U of I is a fairly large public school located in the distant town of Moscow.

Of the 20 students majoring in EE at U of I, 85% are male and 15% are female.

A rank of #5 on this year’s list means Colorado School of Mines is a great place for electrical engineering students working on their master’s degree. Located in the large suburb of Golden, Mines is a public school with a medium-sized student population.

About 11% of the students majoring in EE at the school are women while 89% are male.

With a ranking of #6, University of Colorado Denver/Anschutz Medical Campus did quite well on this year’s most popular schools for electrical engineering students working on their master’s degree. CU Anschutz is a very large public school located in the city of Denver.
