Our analysis found Kennesaw State University to be the most popular school for general engineering technology students who want to pursue a bachelor’s degree in the Southeast Region . Located in the suburb of Kennesaw, KSU Georgia is a public school with a very large student population.

About 22% of the students majoring in engineering tech at the school are women while 78% are male.

Engineering Tech majors at KSU Georgia take out an average of $31,005 in student loans while working on their Bachelor's Degree.

Out of the 18 schools in the Southeast Region that were part of this year’s ranking, Western Carolina University landed the # 2 spot on the list. Located in the town of Cullowhee, WCU is a public college with a fairly large student population.

Of the 63 students majoring in engineering tech at WCU, 95% are male and 5% are female.

The average amount in student loans that engineering tech majors at WCU take out while working on their Bachelor's Degree is $23,112. This translates to an average monthly loan payment of $136, based on a 10-year repayment plan.
