Our analysis found Excelsior College to be the most popular school for engineering-related fields students who want to pursue a bachelor’s degree in the Middle Atlantic Region . Excelsior College is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in the small city of Albany.

About 5% of the students majoring in engineering-related fields at the school are women while 95% are male.

Potsdam, NY

The in-demand bachelor’s degree programs at Clarkson University helped the school earn the #2 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular engineering-related fields schools in the Middle Atlantic Region . Located in the remote town of Potsdam, Clarkson is a private not-for-profit college with a small student population.

About 23% of the students majoring in engineering-related fields at the school are women while 77% are male.

When it comes time to repay the loan, graduates who are on a 10-year repayment plan pay an average monthly payment of $516.

A rank of #3 on this year’s list means New York University is a great place for engineering-related fields students working on their bachelor’s degree. NYU is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in the large city of New York.

Stevens Institute of Technology did quite well in this year’s ranking of the most popular places for engineering-related fields students to get a bachelor’s degree. It came in at #6 on the list. Located in the suburb of Hoboken, Stevens is a private not-for-profit college with a moderately-sized student population.

Of the 22 students majoring in engineering-related fields at Stevens, 59% are male and 41% are female.

New York Institute of Technology did quite well in this year’s ranking of the most popular places for engineering-related fields students to get a bachelor’s degree. It came in at #7 on the list. NYIT is a moderately-sized private not-for-profit school located in the large suburb of Old Westbury.
