Our 2023 rankings named University of Hawaii at Manoa the most popular school in the Far Western US Region for special education students working on their undergraduate certificate. UH Manoa is a large public school located in the large city of Honolulu.

Of the 30 students majoring in special ed at UH Manoa, 23% are male and 77% are female.
