To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Special Education program at each school on the list.

Our 2023 rankings named University of Hawaii at Manoa the most popular school in the Far Western US Region for special education students working on their undergraduate certificate. UH Manoa is a fairly large public school located in the city of Honolulu.

Of the 30 students majoring in special ed at UH Manoa, 23% are male and 77% are female.
