To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Other Education program at each school on the list.

Our 2023 rankings named University of Minnesota - Twin Cities the most popular school in the Plains States Region for other education students. UMN Twin Cities is a very large public school located in the large city of Minneapolis.

Other Education majors at UMN Twin Cities take out an average of $20,553 in student loans while working on their egree. When it comes time to repay the loan, graduates who are on a 10-year repayment plan pay an average monthly payment of $190.

Out of the 34 schools in the Plains States Region that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Minnesota - Duluth landed the # 2 spot on the list. Located in the city of Duluth, UMN Duluth is a public college with a moderately-sized student population.

The average amount in student loans that other education majors at UMN Duluth take out is $27,000. When it comes time to repay the loan, graduates who are on a 10-year repayment plan pay an average monthly payment of $168.

Out of the 34 schools in the Plains States Region that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Central Missouri landed the # 3 spot on the list. UCM is a fairly large public school located in the town of Warrensburg.
