To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from schools with online programs.

Located in the large city of Tempe, UOPX - Arizona is a private for-profit college with a very large student population.

A rank of #2 on this year’s list means University of Maryland Global Campus is a great place for information technology students working on their online graduate certificate. Located in the suburb of Adelphi, UMGC is a public school with a very large student population.

Of the 149 students majoring in IT at UMGC, 65% are male and 35% are female.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Sans Technology Institute. It ranked #3 on our 2023 Most Popular Online Information Technology Graduate Certificate Schools list. Sans Technology Institute is a small private for-profit school located in the suburb of Bethesda.
