Our analysis found Elizabeth City State University to be the best value school for computer science students who want to pursue a degree in North Carolina. ECSU is a small public school located in the distant town of Elizabeth City.

The excellent programs at Western Carolina University helped the school earn the #2 place on this year’s ranking of the best computer science schools in North Carolina. WCU is a large public school located in the town of Cullowhee.
