Our 2023 rankings named University of Colorado Boulder the best value school in Colorado for public relations and advertising students. CU - Boulder is a very large public school located in the midsize city of Boulder.
CU - Boulder undergraduate students pay an average of $12,610 in in-state tuition and fees each year. After completing their degree, public relations graduates from CU - Boulder carry an average student debtload of $19,500.
