Philadelphia, PA

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Pennsylvania. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Popular Real Estate Graduate Certificate Schools list. UPenn is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in the large city of Philadelphia.

Of the 25 students majoring in real estate at UPenn, 36% are male and 64% are female.
