This report analyzed 12 schools in the Southwest Region to see which ones were the most popular associate degree programs for students. To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Real Estate program at each school on the list.

Our analysis found Houston Community College to be the most popular school for real estate students who want to pursue a associate degree in the Southwest Region . Located in the city of Houston, Houston Community College is a public school with a fairly large student population.

Women make up 96% of the real estate majors at the school.

On average, real estate graduates from Houston Community College take out $31,045 in student loans while working on their Associate Degree.
