This report analyzed 95 schools in the United States to see which ones were the most popular associate degree programs for students. To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Real Estate program at each school on the list.

Our analysis found American Public University System to be the most popular school for real estate students who want to pursue a associate degree in the United States. Located in the town of Charles Town, American Military University is a private for-profit college with a fairly large student population.

Women make up 38% of the real estate majors at the school.

After completing their Associate Degree, real estate graduates from American Military University carry an average student debt load of $26,615.

A rank of #2 on this year’s list means Houston Community College is a great place for real estate students working on their associate degree. Houston Community College is a fairly large public school located in the city of Houston.

Of the 25 students majoring in real estate at Houston Community College, 4% are male and 96% are female.

On average, real estate graduates from Houston Community College take out $31,045 in student loans while working on their Associate Degree.
