Our 2023 rankings named American Public University System the most popular online school in the United States for real estate students working on their associate degree. Located in the fringe town of Charles Town, American Military University is a private for-profit school with a very large student population.
Women make up 38% of the real estate majors at the school.
After completing their Associate Degree, real estate graduates from American Military University carry an average student debtload of $26,615.
