Our analysis found University of North Texas to be the best value school for real estate students who want to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Texas. UNT is a fairly large public school located in the city of Denton.
In-state tuition fees for undergraduate students at UNT are $11,090 per year. Real Estate majors at UNT take out an average of $16,824 in student loans while working on their Bachelor's Degree.
