Our 2023 rankings named University of Georgia the most popular school in the Southeast Region for insurance students working on their bachelor’s degree. Located in the city of Athens, UGA is a public school with a fairly large student population.
Of the 233 students majoring in insurance at UGA, 62% are male and 38% are female.
While working on their Bachelor's Degree, insurance majors at UGA accumulate an average of around $20,465 in student debt. For students who choose a 10-year repayment plan, the average monthly student loan payment is $160.
The in-demand bachelor’s degree programs at University of South Carolina - Columbia helped the school earn the #2 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular insurance schools in the Southeast Region . Located in the city of Columbia, UofSC is a public school with a fairly large student population.
Of the 124 students majoring in insurance at UofSC, 62% are male and 38% are female.

The in-demand bachelor’s degree programs at Florida State University helped the school earn the #3 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular insurance schools in the Southeast Region . Located in the city of Tallahassee, Florida State is a public school with a fairly large student population.
Of the 117 students majoring in insurance at Florida State, 68% are male and 32% are female.
