About 77% of the students majoring in hospitality at the school are women while 23% are male.

Hospitality majors at ECU take out an average of $25,251 in student loans while working on their Bachelor's Degree. Assuming that a graduate chooses a 10-year repayment plan, the average monthly loan payment is $289.

The in-demand bachelor’s degree programs at Appalachian State University helped the school earn the #2 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular hospitality management schools in North Carolina. Located in the distant town of Boone, Appalachian State is a public college with a very large student population.
