Our analysis found Washington State University to be the most popular school for accounting students who want to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Washington. Located in the town of Pullman, Wazzu is a public college with a fairly large student population.

Of the 219 students majoring in accounting at Wazzu, 47% are male and 53% are female.

The average amount in student loans that accounting majors at Wazzu take out while working on their Bachelor's Degree is $26,590. This translates to an average monthly loan payment of $312, based on a 10-year repayment plan.

The in-demand bachelor’s degree programs at Central Washington University helped the school earn the #2 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular accounting schools in Washington. CWU is a large public school located in the town of Ellensburg.

Women make up 55% of the accounting majors at the school.
