To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Accounting program at each school on the list.

The following schools top our list of the Most Popular Accounting Associate Degree Colleges.

Our 2023 rankings named Southern New Hampshire University the most popular school in the New England Region for accounting students working on their associate degree. Located in the midsize suburb of Manchester, SNHU is a private not-for-profit college with a fairly large student population.

About 81% of the students majoring in accounting at the school are women while 19% are male.

Accounting majors at SNHU take out an average of $24,930 in student loans while working on their Associate Degree.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Manchester Community College. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Popular Accounting Associate Degree Schools in the New England Region list. MCC is a small public school located in the large suburb of Manchester.

About 57% of the students majoring in accounting at the school are women while 43% are male.

After completing their Associate Degree, accounting graduates from MCC carry an average student debt load of $8,718.
