The value is determined by how much quality your dollar buys.

In our regional and nationwide rankings, out-of-state tution and fees are used in our calculations. Average in-state tuition and fees are used for our statewide rankings.

You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around you if you attend Central Washington University. The school came in at #5 on this year’s Best Value Accounting Schools in Washington list. CWU is a fairly large public school located in the distant town of Ellensburg.

The average tuition and fees for an in-state undergraduate at CWU are $8,685 a year. The average amount in student loans that accounting majors at CWU take out is $18,624. When it comes time to repay the loan, graduates who are on a 10-year repayment plan pay an average monthly payment of $186.

In-state tuition fees for undergraduate students at WWU are $8,703 per year. On average, accounting graduates from WWU take out $23,800 in student loans while working on their degree. Assuming that a graduate chooses a 10-year repayment plan, the average monthly loan payment is $161.

With a ranking of #9, Eastern Washington University did quite well on this year’s best value schools for accounting students. EWU is a large public school located in the town of Cheney.

EWU undergraduate students pay an average of $7,922 in in-state tuition and fees each year. After completing their degree, accounting graduates from EWU carry an average student debtload of $24,510.

University of Washington - Bothell Campus came in at #10 in this year’s edition of the Best Value Accounting Schools in Washington ranking. Located in the suburb of Bothell, UW Bothell is a public school with a moderately-sized student population.

On average, accounting graduates from UW Bothell take out $17,722 in student loans while working on their degree.
