Out of the 17 schools in Connecticut that were part of this year’s ranking, Quinnipiac University landed the # 2 spot on the list. Quinnipiac is a medium-sized private not-for-profit school located in the suburb of Hamden.

Of the 100 students majoring in biology at Quinnipiac, 23% are male and 77% are female.
