Our 2023 rankings named University of Nebraska - Lincoln the best value school in the Plains States Region for urban and regional planning students working on their master’s degree. UNL is a fairly large public school located in the large city of Lincoln.

The average tuition and fees for an out-of-state graduate students at UNL are $19,541 a year.
