Computer Graphics - Associate of Science
The objective of the Computer Graphics program is to provide students with the skills necessary to function as a graphic designer, package/product designer, marketing/advertising designer, illustrator or media designer. The program is designed to provide an education for creative people focusing on the use of electronic technology, while incorporating the basic theories of advertising, layout, type, color and illustration. This combination of conventional and electronic techniques, plus a foundation of general education coursework, offers students a balanced and well-rounded knowledge base essential to successfully perform and communicate in this industry.
