Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and Leadership
The Organizational Management and Leadership Program (OML) is a 53-week accelerated program (32 college credit hours) for adults who have completed approximately 62 hours of college coursework. Classes meet one night a week for four hours. The OML program focuses on the practical application of management skills and is designed to develop and enhance skills in interpersonal relationships, group dynamics, management and supervision.
