If you are interested in becoming an information technology professional, Kaplan’s online AAS in Computer Information Systems program will provide you with the general education, applied knowledge, and technical skills required for a wide range of entry-level positions. You’ll gain the skills needed to install and maintain networks, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, manage databases, and create Java applications and Web pages. Tailor your studies with further specializations in programming; database design and administration; or network services installation, configuration, and applications. With your AAS degree, you may qualify to work as an Information Technology Project Manager, a Program Manager, or a Network Administrators.

Kaplan Tuition Discounts for Military Families

Kaplan University offers a 15 percent tuition discount on all undergraduate degree programs to active-duty service members, national guard, and reserves, as well as drilling members of the national guard and reserves.

Military spouses of active-duty service members are eligible to receive a 10 percent discount off the regular tuition rate.

Kaplan has a dedicated military admissions team that understands the issues facing active duty military personnel and their families, and is prepared to help them achieve education goals whether serving oversees or minding the fort at home.
